VALL-E is like that, but instead of a few preset options, it can mimic any voice it hears, just like a human would, by listening to a sample as small as 3 seconds. However, just like any powerful tool, it can also be misused, for example, to impersonate someone or make spam calls sound more convincing, which raises ethical concerns - All my relatives are going to get a "you kicked my dog" prank call this year.

Tesla has cut prices for some of its vehicles sold in the U.S. by nearly 20% to lure new buyers and allow some buyers to qualify for a $7,500 U.S. government tax credit. 

Apple CEO Tim Cook has requested a 40% decrease in his compensation for 2023, with a target of a measly $49 million, which was decided by the board of executive compensation in response to shareholder feedback and Cook's own recommendation. The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has sued Gemini, a crypto-exchange founded by the Winklevoss twins, and Genesis, a crypto-trading group over a crypto-asset lending program that the regulator claims was not properly registered as a securities offering. The enforcement action focuses on the Gemini Earn crypto-asset lending scheme, which as of October 2021, offered net interest rates to investors of up to 8.05% according to the regulator.
